Our policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding of how our loyalty funds can be used towards making your wedding day unforgettable with us. Endless-Cash Usage Policies

Claiming Your Money:

  • All participants who register in advance for any of our promotional events are eligible to claim $50 in Endless-Cash. This special offer applies even if participants choose not to enter our Cash Cube. The $50 in Endless-Cash can be used towards any future services with Endless Events Group. Whether you're planning a wedding, a corporate gathering, a birthday party, or any other special occasion, we're here to make your event unforgettable.

Usage:

  • Endless-Cash can be redeemed for the total cost of any rental or service under Endless Events Group, including taxes, without the need for additional payment. There is no minimum purchase necessary for redemption, providing flexibility in how you choose to use your Endless-Cash.

  • Each event is limited to a maximum spent of $75 in Endless-Cash.*

    *An event is defined by shared elements like location, time frame, guests of honour, and date range. For example, two events happening on July 2, 2024, between 10 AM and 11:59 PM at the same location for Jon & Jane are considered to be the same "event," and the above limitations apply.

  • No change is provided when redeeming Endless-Cash.*

    *For example, if you have $50 in Endless-Cash and the total cost of your rental or service, including taxes, comes to $45, you cannot receive the remaining $5 in cash or as credit. The full $50 of Endless-Cash would be considered used for that transaction.

  • Endless-Cash is designed to be as flexible as possible. If you wish, you can gift your Endless-Cash to a friend or family member planning their wedding. It's a wonderful way to contribute to their special day.

  • Endless-Cash has no cash value. It is non-transferable between individuals (except as a gift as noted above), non-expiring, and can only be used for services within the Endless Events Group companies (Tentation Rentals, Touch of Glass, Secret Garden Wedding, Summer Bounce Entertainment).

  • Endless Events Group is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of Endless-Cash.

Non-Combination with Other Offers:

  • Endless-Cash cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. This policy ensures that all promotions are used fairly and effectively.

    *If you have won our $500 Endless Wedding photo contest in the last 24 months, you are ineligible to use Endless-Cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • In the event of service cancellation, Endless-Cash is non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings. All cancelling policies in your original contract with us still apply.

Privacy and Data Use:

  • Personal information collected during the pre-registration or redemption process will be used solely for service provision and communication regarding your event. Endless Events Group is committed to protecting your privacy and adhering to data protection laws. We will never sell your data to third parties.
